Carlos Garza

Carlos Garza was born and raised in Laredo Texas.  His mortgage career took off thanks to his dad who was an investor at the time and introduced him to a friend who was in the mortgage business. One conversation with that friend and Carlos knew the mortgage industry was the right career fit.  Carlos’s passion for life and helping others is the driving success to his career.  

Carlos does not take the role of a loan officer lightly. He understands that purchasing a home is the biggest financial decision his clients will make in their life. To ensure complete satisfaction, he dives deep into communicating with his clients.  At a young age Carlos was taught to be a servant and always be willing to help.  Listening to his clients goals and educating them along the way with his industry expertise is a contributing factor on how Carlos achieves his clients trust and earns repeat referrals.

As a Cancer Survivor, Carlos realizes every moment in life is truly a treasure.  When he is not serving his community, he enjoys the simple things in life like cooking and chores around the house.  His life is filled with loved ones, a beautiful wife and kids that make him a proud father. Finding a way to always be a service to those around him is what sets Carlos apart.  In his latest leap of faith, he has joined Linda Davidson and The Heritage Group at Fairway Mortgage.  He is looking forward to continuing helping his community and assisting them achieve the dream of home ownership.
